I have just bought Lenovo Slim 5 with Ultra 7 155H CPU with Intel ARC. I have a problem that it does not support LG Ultrawide resolution. It works in my old notebook with Intel HD Graphic. I have already updated the driver to the latest version but it is still not working and I couldn't find the correct resolution in "Advanced Display Setting". Please advise any solution to that. Thank you.

I would like to know the video port you are using, the specific model of your LG display and the current screen resolution you have on your ultrawide display. You can also look at this link for more troubleshooting steps:https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000054859/graphics.html

Hi.
I have the same problem.
My equipment:
Acer Swift Go14 sfg14-72
Ultra 7 155H CPU with Intel ARC
OS: Fedora 40
Monitor: LG Ultrawide 34WP65C. The native resolution should be 3440x1440.
After connecting, the resolution is set to 3840x2160 (16:9)
The native resolution is not in the list of available resolutions.
A laptop with Intel 11th gen with HD graphics does not have this problem.
