Intel Arc a750

Hello,
I bought your Arc a750 graphics card and I cannot get an image from the Displayport output. The monitor displays blue, white, yellow, etc. as if it were a pixel test. showing colors. I get a very smooth image from the HDMI output. However, since I use 2 monitors and there is HDMI 1 output, I am currently using 1 monitor. My question;
Can this problem I am experiencing be solved with drivers?
Could the graphics card be faulty?

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I know it can be concerning when you do not get the correct output from your GPU DisplayPorts.


We would need more information in order to determine if this is a hardware or driver issue, however, we would first recommend a couple of basic troubleshooting steps that can help with this issue:


  • Test the different DP ports on your GPU and test different DP cables, make sure you are using high-quality cables and if possible DP version 2.0 or 2.1.
  • Uninstall the current graphics driver using Display Driver Uninstaller, once uninstall update to our latest version 31.0.101.4900.


If the issue persists we would like to get your hardware details in order to check for possible compatibility problems or other necessary updates so please only in case the issue continues to happen share with us the log files from the Intel® System Support Utility and the Intel Graphics Command Center (Intel GCC).

I wanted to follow up on this, Have you been able to complete the troubleshooting steps we advised in our previous post? As recommended, please try different DP cables and a DDU reinstallation of the latest driver. If the issue continues share with us the reports we requested in our previous post as well so we can get more information about your system configuration.
