  1. Please uninstall the Intel Driver 26.20.100.7463 and reboot your laptop.
  2. Install the latest driver from Lenovo site. In many cases the Intel drivers are customized by the laptop OEM in order to accommodate with its hardware.

I uninstall the grafic driver 26.20.100.7463.

I uninstall also the Intel audio driver 10.27.0.6

After a reboot I install the latest driver from the lenovo site 26.20.100.6911

This install the audio driver 10.27.0.4.

But the result is the same

Upload a crash dump that refers to IntelAudioService.exe from c:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Local\CrashDumps\ or c:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Local\Temp\

Should help an Intel driver developer with debugging.

I found lot of Folders under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER.

--> see attachment

But Nothing under c:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Local\CrashDumps\

or c:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Local\Temp\

Searched in internet and I've founded report for solution on similar problem https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-All-In-One-AIO-Desktops/AIO-520-24icb-intel-Audio-sevice-IntelAudioService-exe-crashes/m-p/4465609#M12814 . Uninstalling the Intel(R) Dispaly Audio. which is under Sound, Video and game Controller in Device Manager, solved this crash.

This morning I found this report too.

Now I disable the Service IntelAudioService and all crash are gone.

So somebody from the developer should fix it.

To modify the audio related services settings:

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
  2. Type services.msc and press Enter to open the Services window:
  3. Click Windows Audio, then Restart.
  4. Right-click Windows Audio, then select Properties
  5. Set the Startup to Automatic. Then click Apply OK
  6. Restart these two services and set the Startup types to Automatic through the same method 4) & 5):
  7. Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
  8. Multimedia Class Scheduler
  9. Try to play a music or a video to see if the audio works.

If it does, congratulations! But if it doesn’t, don’t be frustrated, go on to follow the Solution 2.

Fix 2: Update your audio driver

This problem could also be caused by the old or incorrect audio driver on your Windows 10.

I think this might help you! As I also suffer same problem with my audio driver.

Regards,

Lewis
