I want To Ask this Intel® Driver & Support Assistant When I install It First time when I scan It It Shows All The Driver To Update But When I launch It For The Second Time It Shows That Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan. I reinstalled It But It's Showing The Same Thing again and again

You can try clearing your browser cache.

If that does not work, uninstall IDSA using this tool:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29608/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t

Then, reinstall IDSA.
