Intel® Driver & Support Assistant problem

when i start intel driver and support assistant, it was show me updates and so. but now i only get the error: Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan

i did reinstall but doest work...

i do wanna update my driver of İntel UHD graphic family 620, but i cant... i find it:Screenshot_9.png

but it didnt update my graphic card.. it still says driver version:27.20.100.8935

can someone help me please?
