Jose V( Chat Support) has been trying to get me to attach a large (1.61MB) file in zip format with all the IDSA files in it.
Unfortunately, the size of it means I cannot attach it to an email from my Gmail account.
I have tried sending from my Outlook/Hotmail account, but he is not getting it.
I tried connecting to an agent at 19.30 hrs local time (BST).
Was kept waiting.
I am at a loss what to do.
Would appreciate any assistance.

I seem to be going round in circles.
I tried using my alternate email account (Outlook/Hotmail), but Jose V was not receiving anything from it.
That's why I have reverted to the Community.
I have also emailed him and alerted him to the attachment being in the community.
