I have a question, I have a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 Laptop, and Im currently using my Acer XG270HU monitor as my main display source. I changed a few settings in the Intel Graphics Command Center App specifically in the "display" section and I noticed changes to my display and I like it, but I began to change settings in the "video" section and unlike the display section I don't notice any changes, I have the video playback setting enabled in windows and the settings I changed, I can see in the real time preview settings, but it doesn't seem to apply to anything other then the app, is this intentional or is it a bug, and if so is there any way I can fix it. I attached screenshots, one containing the setting changes I made in the intel graphic command center app and what it should look like based off the settings I changed, and the two other screenshots are what my display looks like without the video settings, help would be appreciated.

Hello Sanzen,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
· Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers:
3. Can you take pictures of all your customized settings at the "video" option?
4. Can you take a couple of videos with and without your custom settings at the "video" option while playing or watching a youtube video?
5. When you change the "video" settings, are the changes not present in the laptop screen or both (monitor and laptop)?

Deivid A.
