Intel® Graphics Command Center Feedback

We asked, you answered. You're tired of our 'old, boring, corporate-looking' Graphics Control Panel. We were too and we designed a completely new one from the ground up! We’re incorporating the changes you – the gamers, home theater enthusiasts, professionals, and everyday tinkerers requested. Using a phased approach, we're rolling out something we're proud to share with you: introducing the Intel® Graphics Command Center.

You told us how confusing ‘tongue twister’ features like tessellation and anisotropic filtering can be to understand, so we created a robust help option tailored to simplifying it all. Take all the guesswork out of game and media tuning with visual guidance on what each feature does, and how it impacts your experience.

We’re really just getting started. We'll be introducing many more features and functions in later phases and will keep the improvements coming, to give you the best possible experience we can. Please check it out and remember to let us know what you think. We recommend updating your Intel graphics driver to the latest version 25.20.100.6709 which triggers Windows Update to install the new command center. You can message us on Twitter at @intelgraphics.

Your feedback is important to help us shape how we approach visual computing. As you see from above, much of this new command center came from your feedback, so please provide your input in the appropriate links below so the teams involved with each functionality stay in touch with what you like or would like to see.

Here's the feedback pages:

Очень хочется чтобы вернули возможность ставить кастомное разрешение на ноутбуках, это действительно необходимо для геймеров и даже простых пользователей!

Hi. I have an issue where all of my company's Dell Latitude 3410 need to have Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel in order to connect to Panasonic PT-VX430 projector. I need to scale down the resolution to 1024x768 on Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel in order to make the display on projector auto-detected. But that does not work on Intel Graphics Command Center even i scaled down the resolution. I only installed Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel on 3/4 from all notebooks. Can i found some other ways to still download Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel on another 1/4 from all notebooks? Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Safri,

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have the same issue in my company's computers: the older ones which had Intel UHD Graphics Control Panel can correctly set the resolutions we need but we just could not figure out how to do it with the Intel Graphics Command Center - the option is never available.

I attached three images that show an option available on UHD Graphics Control Panel for EVERY display connected to the PC but is only available on Intel Graphics Command Center for the main display.

It would be great if we could have an answer from Intel on this subject, as it heavily impacts many projects using uncommon resolutions. Since its implementation, Intel Graphics Command Center has only brought problems to us. There isn't a single thing we found more useful in the new version, which is very unfortunate.

As Safri said: Your help is highly appreciated.

Thank you!

Please restore & fix game graphic settings that were removed for older devices for the former Intel® Graphics Command Center as it is more compatible with older tech. Despite this the Legacy app still had it's game graphic settings removed, with only basic v synch and enhanced video options retained. please restore and fix the in-game antialising for older devices, in-game video playback, and other issues; as several older devices and some newer P-core only CPU devices, including some intel 11th gen Cpu Tiger Lake laptops, are showing compatibility issues with newer graphics software and the now slimmed down legacy graphics software and/or newer drivers; as well as fix the specific issues below in games on the latest windows 10 builds and windows 11* for older devices with a P-core only intel CPU.

(*Some such older devices aren't compatible for windows 11 as well, so please focus on the latest windows 10 build when restoring software game settings for P-core only intel CPUs and then apply such fixes for windows 11 as well.)

Issues include:

-older games on windows 10 or windows 11 may find antialiasing and/or other smoothing methods not working as intended in such older and a few newer games; especially in fullscreen modes and/or during in-game video playback, with smoothing issues not exclusive to such modes as it will vary between games with some experiencing such issues while not in a fullscreen mode as well.

-Some legacy games (see list below) and a few newer ones (released in the last 6-10 years) aren't even rendering video like they used to, instead displaying a blank screen; despite the necessary addtional k-lite codecs being installed.

-A few older games aren't stretching to the monitor's height either, instead retaining the same small image in a bigger window.

-Some legacy game aren't launching in latest windows 10 and 11 builds.

-Other legacy games are crashing during simple image animations; scene progressing to the next scene; user interaction with hud elements such as text boxes, choices, and others; and/or when the game switches to video playback in it's window.

Issues:
- [jpn/en] X86/8bit, 16bit, 24bit, 32bit games & X64/64bit games built for [jpn/en] Direct X 5-8, direct X 9-11, & legacy RPG maker games
- [jpn/en] X86/24bit, 32bit games & X64/64bit games built for [jpn/en] legacy Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables

to be clear; by the former Intel® Graphics Command Center, I am talking about the one availible in the Microsoft Windows Store. It is the same app I used before the updated one that wasn't working for my device. However, unlike before; the antiailsing and other game settings have been completely removed, and I need them back on the legacy app.

I'm using one of the consumer laptops that had the first 11th gen intel labtops, before the revised 11th gen mobile cpu laptops. The first gen and second gen of intel's 11th gen mobile cpus have a completely diffenernt level of compatibility with intel's newer software made strickly for 11th gen or higher intel cpu. most of intel's cpus after 10 are the E-core series, with the exception of the 11th gen. Intel's 11th gen cpu (tiger lake) has two generations of it; the first released cpus and the revised second release of cpus; and the first batch of tiger lake cpus aren't playing well with intel's newer software.

I bought the P-core only CPU laptop, as I have a library of older games that I very much still play; and very much do not want compatibility for such games sacrificed in supporting legacy software, in favor of features that my intel tiger lake mobile CPU wouldn't support regardless. sure any chance of a slight bump in fps on unreal engine 5 games on direct X 12 is nice, but its marginal at best on the CPU I have with most the time my Laptop isn't showing such improvement. its not worth destroing my laptop's ability to play my other games. If anything, I'd rather my entire library of games work; instead of the handfull of newer games I own run at higher than 60 fps-90 fps with a marginal decrease of frame drops. I'd rather keep my laptop's nvidia 6gb 3060 rtx gpu capped at 90 fps instead for newer games, and just use the intel P-core only, 11th gen mobile cpu's  graphics for the older games that need to use it.
