Asrock DeskMini B760 Bios 6.01 - Intel B760 chipset with Intel Core™ i3-13100 Processor using integrated graphics - connected to Samsung U32E850R via HDMI.
IGCC/Connected Displays/Information shows a red warning triangle and no other information (see screenshot).
If i press "Detect" it shows "no other display has been detected" (see screenshot).
In the IGCC Logfile the line "Current Resolution" is missing, "Active Displays" is shown as 0.
For comparison i have included the logfile of my laptop, which also uses Intel integrated graphics, here the lines do exist and IGCC works normally.
Windows 11 "sees" the display normally and everything works well.
I also have the well known error, where a connection over Displayport won't show the BIOS screen. It will show the Windows 11 Login screen and will work normally under windows:

https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/mnkqx6/no_bios_post_screen_when_using_display_port/
The connection over DP does show the same error as HDMI. HDMI works normally and does show Bios.
I have tested various driver versions, tried to reinstall IGCC, and tried different cables.

Hello Benjamin_Eckert,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I want to understand what happened just as much as you do.
I will investigate this behavior internally to be able to check deeper on this matter and as soon as I have any information I will get back to you.
Regards,

Hello Benjamin_Eckert
Thank you for patiently waiting.
We have an update on this matter. We require 2 different log files from these locations:
· C:\Users\<your_username_here>\AppData|Local\Intel\GCC
· C:\Users\<your_username_here>\AppData\Local\Packages\AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience_8j3eq9eme6ctt\LocalState\Intel\GCC
Best regards,

Thank you for your reply.
I should mention, that the display works fine on a NVIDIA 3070 which is installed in my desktop (i7-11700). I can see the BIOS via HDMI and Displayport, so the Intel video BIOS/GOP is at fault.
In the past Nvidia released an update to rectify a similar error:
NVIDIA Graphics Firmware Update Tool for DisplayPort 1.3 and 1.4 Displays
However, according to Intel, this is a compatibility issue:
https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/intel-Arc-a770-16-gb-displayport-problem/m-p/1487006
In the meantime I have installed the latest driver (gfx_win_101.5074) and reinstalled IGCC and now the utility can see the display (see screenshot).
The directory "C:\Users\<your_username_here>\AppData|Local\Intel\GCC" does not exist on this computer.
I have included all the files from "C:\Users\your_username_here>\AppData\Local\Packages\AppUp.IntelGraphicsExperience_8j3eq9eme6ctt\LocalState\Intel\GCC"

Hello Benjamin_Eckert,
Thanks for the information provided. I noticed you said "I have installed the latest driver (gfx_win_101.5074) and reinstalled IGCC and now the utility can see the display", does this mean that the issue was fixed by the latest driver 31.0.101.5074?
I will be waiting for your confirmation.

There are actually two issues here:
First, the "software" issue, where the IGCC could not "see" the display/could not show any information about the connected display.
This issue has been fixed by the latest driver update (31.0.101.5074).
Second, the "hardware" issue, where the display, when connected via Displayport, does not show the Bios/UEFI screen (HDMI works).
This issue is ongoing and in my opinion can only be fixed by a video BIOS/GOP update. However, Intel has a different opinion. As I said, everything works on a Nvidia 3070.

"Thank you for your confirmation. This is a compatibility issue between the GPU and the Philips 246E9QJAB display. We cannot guarantee full compatibility with every device available in the market and we cannot make any promises of fixing compatibility issues in the short term due to the huge amount of different manufacturer and monitor models. At this point, our best advice will be to keep using an HDMI connection for this monitor or to use a different one."

Hello Benjamin_Eckert,
Thanks for the confirmation. I am glad to know that the latest driver fixed the issue with the Intel® Graphics Command Center. I recommend you check the issue with the Display Port with Asrock so they run tests on their machine to confirm if there is a hardware or software issue with the device.
Asrock is in charge of providing the BIOS and chipset updates for their computers, if they find an issue with our products, they will work with us on a fix if needed.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
