My HD Control panel crashes every time I try to open Help in it.
My issue is quite similar to /thread/54034?q=INtel%20Graphics%20Control%20panel%20crash this and /thread/64793 that, but none of the above solutions helped. What I've tried:
- Full reinstall of driver with the removing of any leftovers.
- Removing GfxUIEx.exe.config file (wasn't found)
- del igfx*.*
Video Adapter - Intel HD Graphics 530
Installed driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26404/Intel-Graphics-Driver-15-45-?product=88345 15.45.10.454 (latest)

There seems to be sth. wrong with MS' problem logger?
Gfxv4_0.exe has no dependencies at all, but igfxCPL.cpl loads oleaut32.dll according to http://www.dependencywalker.com/ Dependency Walker
Go to the listed app path above, start Gfxv4_0.exe and igfxCPL.cpl manually to see if it makes a difference.

No difference. Manual launching of the above two files gives the same crashing.

Please check the following link and see if this is the same issue:
https://communities.intel.com/thread/98556 https://communities.intel.com/thread/98556
If it is the same there is already a fix for this issue. This is currently being retested and our goal is to incorporate it in our next driver updates.
Regards,
Ivan.
