Intel Graphics Control Panel

My intel graphics control panel doesn't work. It does not show the settings.

Anyone know how to solve ?

This is an issue that right now is under investigation, the problem happens when the digit grouping symbol and decimal symbol Windows region settings are changed.

 

 

You can see more information about this issue at the following link and you can also see how a customer was able to solve it.
