After updating to latest Intel® Graphics Driver facing severe eye strain and nausea using my laptop.

Have you tried adjusting the settings to get a better refresh rate?

Is this the latest version that is available from/through your laptop vendor? The latest Intel is offering for download (here) is version 6647, almost a hundred builds newer. If your laptop manufacturer is not modifying the graphics packages, you could install Intel's latest version. Otherwise, you might want to request a newer version through your laptop manufacturer.
