Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.7076 COLOR DEPTH issue

After Installing Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.7076 the COLOR DEPTH issue occur. Before this Update I can Adjust color depth .the range of the color up-to 32 bits per color. But after update it stuck at 8bits per color. It effects the display quality . Blurry image, icons ,colors. Please fix it. Screenshot (21).png

  1. What was the previous graphics driver version that worked correctly?
  2. How did you attempt to update the graphics driver—was it through the Intel website or another method?
  3. May I know what made you decide to update the graphics driver? Did you happen to get a notification from Intel Graphics Software about an available update?
  4. When did you attempt to update the graphics driver?
  5. What troubleshooting steps have you already tried? For example, have you manually adjusted the color depth, rolled back to a previous driver, or used How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a... before attempting to update the graphics driver?
  6. What is the version of your HDMI cable—1.4, 2.0, or 2.1?


Additionally, to help us better understand your system configuration and provide accurate support, we kindly request that you share the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs from your device. These logs contain important details about your hardware and software environment, which are crucial for troubleshooting.

 

Please follow these steps:

  1. Download and run the Intel® SSU application.
  2. The tool will generate a text file containing your system information.
  3. Refer to this guide for detailed instructions: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
  4. Once completed, please attach the generated file to your response.
