Hello,
I keep getting the message “Your current system configuration is not supported by Intel Graphics Software.”
My laptop is a CASPER Nirvana NB C500 with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz and Intel Iris Xe Graphics.
The operating system is Windows 11 Enterprise 64-bit (Build 22631).
Everything is updated, but the problem persists.
Could you please help me fix this issue or tell me which version of Intel Graphics Software I should install?
Thank you.

You should be using the latest driver from here:

I uninstalled the Copilot, then downloaded and installed the graphics driver from the link you provided. I selected the clean installation option and the installation was completed. However, the same error continues to occur.

What has copilot got to do with this? Does your laptop have other graphics (like nvidia) and has it disabled intel graphics?

I'm sorry, I must have misunderstood you. When I saw that you wrote "[CoPilot is a virus]", I understood that I had to do that. And no, I didn't see any blocking or intervention by Copilot. Frankly, I have no idea about this. I misunderstood you.
“Your current system configuration is not supported by Intel Graphics Software.” Do you have any other advice regarding the error?

To avoid future misunderstandings, answer my question - does you device have other graphics besides intel, and is the intel graphics disabled?
Have you contacted the manufacturer of your device?
Have you updated your bios?
Now, forget my tag line, and answer the above questions.
