Intel Graphics Driver Not Downloading

I have been trying to download the Intel Graphics driver but it is simply not working. 
My driver is fully up to date. I have the 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1360 Processor. And I think I have tried downloading it 3 times. I have been trying to get the Intel Graphics Driver app to install all night and it just will not. Please help me... I am simply just trying to get better gaming quality...
When the Intel Graphics Driver Installation comes up, after downloading it, it tells me to reboot my computer and how the installation is complete and when I do, there is absolutely nothing. I see that somewhere one is supposed to put in a certain code (Battlemage) and Im just not sure where I am meant to do that.

  1. Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me? 
  2. How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver? 
  3. Where did you get the driver that you are trying to install?
  4. Could you provide additional screenshots or recordings of the error so I can clearly see what’s happening? 

 

Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

1. Here are the SSU Logs:

2. I did not use the Device Manager nor the DDU. Are you supposed to fully uninstall/disable the graphics under "Display adapters"? 
3. The driver that I was trying to install was the download from intel.com and was the correct one that fit my laptop standards

Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the graphics driver software or software packaging. To avoid potential installation incompatibilities, we recommend that you check first with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software provided by them. Please be aware that this Intel driver is not tailored to your specific system and installing it may overwrite your system customizations.
