I have an Ideapad 320-14IKB, and recently saw the need to update the integrated card drivers to support UE5 (Unreal Engine 5), but every time I tried it gave me an “installer exit code”, 8 for the latest driver version and 1 for a slightly older one.
I couldn't find anything on the manufacturer's website, so I left it alone.
Is there any way of resolving this?

Thanks for your help, but after uninstalling the driver a few times and trying to reinstall it from the manufacturer, I got the version I needed to use UE5 ( 31.0.101.2111 ).
Sorry for the inconvenience, I hadn't tried to reinstall for fear of what might happen. The version that appeared on the manufacturer's website was also lower than that.

Hello Oregano,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with your system. To better assist you, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please answer the following questions?
- Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
- Where did you get that driver, you used during updates?
- Have you tried to check available drivers in Lenovo website?
- Have you tried rolling back to the previous graphics driver version?
Exit Code 8: This error typically means that no compatible driver was found for your device. This can happen if the driver you're trying to install isn't compatible with your hardware or if there's a conflict with existing drivers. Ensure that the driver you're trying to install is compatible with your Ideapad 320-14IKB. You can verify this on the Lenovo support website. Since your device is an OEM product, it's best to use drivers provided by Lenovo. These drivers are customized for your system and are more likely to work without issues
Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Randy T.

Answering your questions, yes, I ran SSU, but when I clicked to share the site I was directed to didn't load, it asked me to check that it was typed correctly (https://servicerequestmgmt.intel.com/webticketui/).
The place where I got the drivers was on Intel's own website and I also searched on Lenovo's website, but I didn't succeed in finding them.
As for reverting the drivers to a previous version, I didn't try it, because I didn't know what could happen if I did.
The drivers I looked for were specifically for the notebook in question and for the appropriate version of Windows.
Should I send the SSU information by photo in this forum? Because as I said before, the site I'm redirected to doesn't open.

Since you have a laptop with an 8th gen processor, it would normally be recommended that you use the graphics driver packages provided by Lenovo. Because your laptop is discontinued, however, there is a good chance that the driver packages provided by Lenovo are pretty stale. I thus suggest that you use the latest driver provided by Intel. You can download this package from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html.
Hope this helps,
...S

There's been a mistake, it's not an 8th generation processor but a 6th generation one, the drivers came directly from here:
https://www.intel.com.br/content/www/br/pt/products/sku/91157/intel-core-i36006u-processor-3m-cache-2-00-ghz/downloads.html
I'll look again on the Lenovo website, in case what I'm looking for has gone unnoticed.
The file called “1” has the SSU results.
