Same problem! Went through all the recommended protocols but the problem persists so it would appear to be a systemic issue..."Hello, Intel??" Also When I attempted to submit this through the website, i received the following message: "servicerequestmgmt.intel.com’s server IP address could not be found."

Installation wouldn't work via DSA but did install via Intel's download page.

Hi everyone,
I have install it but manually, I have first delete the old installer from "C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA\Downloads" but the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" haven't found the new one, I have searched and found the new one at the Intel website and I have install it manually as I said without a problem.
