It's seems to have been fixed now. Downloaded it again this morning and I'm not going any errors.

Yes, dear. The same thing happens to me. Both ".exe" and ".zip" file of the 64-bit driver seem to be corrupted. I have downloaded the two files into 2 computers and the ".exe" file doesn't start setup; when click on it nothing happens. As for the ".zip" file it shows a corrupted archive.
I hope intel could resolve this issue as fast as possible.

Yes, the driver files both ".exe" and ".zip" have been fixed and I am now using the new driver without and bugs. Very special thanks for Intel.
