Intel Graphics HD 4600 won't update to version 15.36.33.4578

I have been trying to update to this latest version I have tried every which way. I have tried searching for it throw device managers, I have tried updating it through your utility driver 2.6, I have uninstalled the previous ones, I have done it these ways multiple times just to restart my computer and it still be at 10.18.14.4578. I can't play certain games because of this and I use a designated graphics card! Dxdiag attached. How can I update my card to this version or can I not?

Thanks for the DX diagnostic report. I see you are currently running Windows® 8.1 64 bit and you already have the latest graphics drivers 4578 installed on the computer.

There is no need to re install same version since you already have it.
