Intel Graphics Settings does not open

When attempting to launch the Intel Graphics Settings control panel from the system tray I get the splash screen and an initializing message, but the control panel does not start. The same issue occurs using the right-click menu option and the ctrl+alt+F12 input.

I see that you are having problems to access the Intel® HD graphics control panel. Allow me to help with your inquiries.

 

 

Allow me to share with you that in order to access the Intel® HD graphics control panel I recommend to review with the motherboard manufacturer ( ASUS*) what is the necessary BIOS configuration to have access to both graphics (integrated and discrete) features on the system.

I am having similar problem while trying to open intel graphics setting, initialising screen pops up but disappear without any error. Please find attached system scan report for more details. I look forward for your help.
