Intel Graphics Software 32.0.101.8736 errors

I've just updated the Intel Display driver to version 32.0.101.8736, and there is an error message in the event viewer like these from Intel.Graphics.Software.App :

{"category":"Igcl","level":"Error","message":"3rd Party - IGCL ctlEccGetProperties - Error , result=1073741834"}

Does anyone know a fix? Ive already used DDU and tried fixing it that way to no avail

  • Where did you download the driver from? (e.g., Intel official website, OEM website, or third-party source)
  • Have you tried rolling back to a known working driver version? If yes, please share the version and whether the issue persists
  • Does the error appear continuously, or only during specific activities (e.g., system startup, launching applications, gaming, etc.)


Additionally, please generate and share an Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) report so we can review your system configuration in detail. You can download the SSU tool here:
