Intel Graphics Software Failing to Install - Error code: 1603

Trying to install the new Intel Arc Graphics Version: 32.0.101.8860 WHQL Certified (Latest). Selected Clean Install and Driver installs correctly however Graphics Software fails with error 1603. Reliability Monitor shows a dwm.exe crash (faulting module combase.dll, exception 0xc0000005) at the same time. I've tried fixing this by uninstalling my Graphics Drivers manually and installing an older Intel Arc Graphics version but the Graphics Software just doesn't want to install. As of for now, I'm going to wait for the next update to hopefully try fixing this issue, anyone got any similar problems?

Just did the update for new Intel Arc Graphics Version: 32.0.101.8860, and had same problem resulting in Graphics Software fails with error 1603

Glad to hear it's not just my system, I honestly think it's a bug to do with corrupted graphics software files. Guess we'll have to wait until the next update.
