Intel Graphics Software not compatible

It's been a while now (6 months maybe) since the last time I could use Intel Graphics Software on my laptop. I've tried updating drivers with Intel Driver & Support Assistant, as I always have, but nothing has changed. Snapshot of the error in Brazilian portuguese.

Please download and install Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.7082 manually (do not use IDSA). Please execute "clean" installation:

  1. Download the latest driver version 32.0.101.7082
  2. Disconnect the internet.
  3. Right click on currently installed driver (in Device Manager), then click on Uninstall device. Check the Delete the driver software from this device option.
  4. Reboot your computer. After finishing uninstalling you should see Microsoft Basic Graphics Adapter (if not yet, repeat para. 3-4).
  5. Now, install previously downloaded driver 32.0.101.7082 (double click on the downloaded .exe file and wait till installation proccess finishes).
  6. Reconnect the internet and reboot your computer.

More information is needed.

Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.

...S

P.S. Sending images with non-English text is a waste of time as we cannot (easily) translate this text.
