Intel HD 4600 on Laptop Losing "Override Application Settings" After Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

After I updated windows 10 with the anniversary update, my intel graphics control panel lost its ability to override application settings.

I need this in order to play 4:3 stretched and not w/black bars.

Do you have the latest driver installed, you can download it here:

Also, I suggest you to keep Windows up to date by running the Windows update and then restart the system.
