I just recently built this computer and i do not have a graphics card yet so for the time being i was just going to use IGPU. I started up CS:GO and the game's performance was absolutely abysmal. Probably less than one frame per second. I would have to assume the reason for the terrible performance is the IGPU does not exceed 100 MHz. I am using the I3-6320 with Intel HD 530 Graphics on board. The motherboard is a EVGA Z170 FTW. I have installed the Intel Processor Diagnostics tool and ran the test multiple times and everything checks out to be fine. I have also installed the Intel Extreme tuning utility and tried changing some things in there but no luck. I am on driver version 20.19.15.4501 I have looked around on the internet but i am truly at a loss of what to do.
Any reply is appreciated, thank you
Hello 3.M0 ,
Thank you for joining the Intel Communities!
I have some suggestions for you and info to be requested as well.
Info to be requested: The Intel® System Support Utility report.
This will gather up some useful information from your system to get a better overview of the scenario you are currently facing.
How to get it?
-Access: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
-Download the utility
-Scan your system with the utility
-Export the report (hit next and then save) and attach it to your answer with the advanced editor option (reply button and then check upper right corner)
Recommendations:
-Access the BIOS of your system and look for the video memory assigned/available to be used.
-Intel Boards have the BIOS recovery option, which installs all the updates that have been released for that board, do you happen to have the latest BIOS update installed already?
-If not, please check with EVGA to find out if they have an option like Intel's recovery, this is to make sure all updates are installed in your system, in terms of BIOS.
-Update to beta driver: http://intel.ly/2e3XWDU http://intel.ly/2e3XWDU
Hope I can hear from you.
Regards,
Esteban C
