Hello Ondra,

I did some research and found a new driver directly from the system manufacturer (Dell).

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=YXJG1&fileId=3645824642&osCode=WT64A&productCode=latitude-e7450-ultrabook&languageCode=en&categoryId=VI Driver Details - Dell

Fixes

- Intel Gfx driver stopped responding error message with DCU"

"Last Updated: 10 Mar 2017"

Please consider that if you keep on having the same issue after updating the driver, the recommendation is to contact Dell for support as suggested before.

Hope this new driver solves the issue.

Best Regards,

Juan Carlos

Hello Ondra,

My recommendation is to download and install the graphics driver provided before (http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails%3FdriverId%3DYXJG1%26fileId%3D3645824642%26osCode%3DWT64A%26productCode%3Dlatitude-e7450-ultrabook%26languageCode%3Den%26categoryId%3DVI Driver Details - Dell)

If the new driver doesn't fix the issue, please contact Dell for support.

Regards,

Hello Ondra,

Similar problem occured on variety of machines (most of which is mobile device) while running Overwatch (video game). Watch https://youtu.be/Kw3gigJ5XJ8?t=2m12s this and https://youtu.be/3UprFTNen9c?t=52s this.

General known solution to this is posted https://youtu.be/GgN8fysEPNM?t=35s here. (This solution might help you as it seems to change delay value of graphics driver)

Cause seems to be overheating, leading to late response of HW (SW catches that HW is too late and crashes). So try cleaning up inside of your machine, check thermal paste on your CPU & fan, and update all of your drivers.

Try using http://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php DriverBooster, which detects and updates all of your drivers available.

Not a malware, adware or anything, I use it every time after reinstalling Windows. If program bothers you, delete from control panel after updating drivers.

I hope this helps you.

Best regards,

Myeonghwan Ahn
