I've tried the remove/reload drivers and the control panel to no effect. HP Notebook, i5-7200U, Windows 10.0.16299, Driver 23.20.16.4982. I've tried multiple monitors and a TV and multiple HDMI cables. All monitors and cables work fine with another laptop and a desktop. It was working fine until this afternoon.

Hello jfsteel,
Thank you for joining the Intel Community Support.
To address your issue properly, I would like to gather basic information about your system. Please scan it using the DxDiag tool. Follow the steps below:
1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report to this thread.
Also, I would like to know if you received any error message when the display issues started happening yesterday. Did you install any Windows update or software?
