Hi there,

I have just recently got a new laptop and it appears to be very slow and keeps crashing with the above message? The laptop has been upgraded to windows 10 through the free upgrade, don't know if that has anything to do with it?

Thanks

I would need more information in regards to your system configuration:

Which version of Windows do you have?

Also, the exact processor model:

On Windows 10

Click on the Windows icon, and search for "System"

Look for System Control Panel then note the processor model.

Allan.

Hi Allan,

I have already tried downloading the drivers, have tried all the one's from that list, and they come up with an error message each time after installation normally along the lines of your computer does not meet the minimum requirements or does not support it? I have tried using the intel driver update utility but it says that no updates are available for my computer?

Thanks

Test the driver linked below:

It was designed for Broadwell technology.
