Intel HD Grahics 2500 - i5 3450 Processor Display Issue!

Hi,

I am having issues with my intel i5 3450 HD Graphics, i bought it yesterday and after installing windows and all drivers the default window 7 wallpapers seems to strechy and distorted, i am using LED 22' Samsung S22b300 Full HD 1080P. i am using intel Board DB75EN. Video driveris upto date!

i am using analog cable for display, the LED Supports DVI cable too, but Analog cable is working fine on previous PC!

Any help?

What is your desktop resolution set to? To find it, right click on the Desktop, then left click Screen Resolution. Click the Resolution option and make sure it is set to the maximum.

Yes its at maximum 1920*1080(Recommended), still isn't working properly! (Strechy image)!

What is the settting you have for Picture Position?

hi, i am having a similar issue. Have you solved your issue yet? If not would you try following?:

1.SET BIOS SETTINGS TO DEFAULT

2.Reinstall windows.

3.Install chipset drivers first.

4.RESTART.

5.Install HD graphics.

6.Install all the other drivers (audio,usb..)

(that is copied from a forum where a similar issue have been presented)

I am away from my machine now but i will try this solution on monday.
