Intel HD Graphic 4600

Firstly, I wanted to know if theres an update for this. Window 8 64 bit. I'm sure there is.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz

Before I can get into details to explain, how do I tell if I have the latest version. For some reason when I go to the intel website to download the driver it tells me that i do not meet the minimum requirements.

Here was one i was directed to download

this was one of them. I was trying to run Fallout 4 it loads then when i hit new game it give me the message
