Whenever I try to install drivers error jumps about a missing file. I tried a really good amount of sullutions found on the site but none of them worked.

Everything is fine but some games requires newer OpenGL and I have 1.1.

Hello aushey01,

Thank you for joining the Intel communities.

You can download the latest Beta driver for you system here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25749/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-?v=t Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40]

Try uninstalling the old driver first and restart your system, after that reinstall the driver from the link provided above.

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio...

If you are not able to install the driver most likely is because your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video driver. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer; however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 &...

Note: Once you install the "generic" driver you will overwrite any customizations your system manufacturer made to the driver specific for your system model.

Best wishes,

Ivan

So, from what i can read the beta starts from 4th gen. and i have 3rd gen. I may be blind though. Anyway I tried insalling the generic drivers and this time another error jumped out saying that it can't find MUI file.

What do i do now ?

Please reply with your Dxdiag file.

In the "Run" window, type "dxdiag" and click OK. A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up. In the window that has now appeared choose "Save all information" After you've saved the file, please attach it to your ticket.

If this driver does not install or you get errors with this driver, most likely you need a customized driver and you will need to contact your system for better support.

MUI file is a Windows feature; you can try updating Windows to correct the error, you can see more information about the MUI file at:
