Intel HD Graphics 2000 and Windows Fall Creators Update problems

Recently i've updated my Windows 10 to Fall Creators Update and i have some issues with some fonts.

As you can see, i can't see correctly some fonts, especially on Word and some menus.

I've updated the driver to the last release so i don't know what's happening. Also Cleartype don't fix the problem.

Intel HD Graphics 2000 is not supported on WIndows 10:

This also means that your processor is not supported.

Thanks for your answer but, with the previous Windows 10 big update (Creators Edition) everything works well, i only have the problem with some fonts with the new update (Fall Creators Update).

Any ideas? Thanks!
