Hi, I have windows 10 and Intel HD graphics 2000 and drivers arent getting updates anymore ( i have update 22.214.171.12459) do you think it will be better for games and etc if i downgrade to windows 8.1 and get the latest update?
There is no Intel HD2000 driver for Windows 10 (or 11). There is only the Microsoft generic driver.
Downgrade to W8.1? There is no "latest update" and there is no support.
If you are a desktop, get an add-on graphics card that is compatible with your board (like an older nvidia or amd).
If you are a laptop, save your data, take the laptop to the recycle bin, and get a new(er) laptop. I suggest one with an 11th gen processor or later.

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
