What driver have you used for all this game tests? I recommend you to add this information to your video description.
Ok I just saw it's visible in your video. 8.15.10.2696 is it. You should get better performance with a newer driver, for example in F1 2011. You obviously recorded the game in 30 fps with Fraps, it means it can't go above 30 fps.

i use everytimes newest Intel HD Driver. The driver version is on all my videos at beginn to see.
for example, i tested Max Payne 3 again, after Intel released v2761 and saw the game work better
But some Games has problem with Resolution 1280x720-60Hz. Intel must fix it.
i posted my problem in another thread.
