Intel HD Graphics 3000 Issue

Everytime I install a driver for my Intel HD Graphics 3000 graphic card and reboot i get a pitch black screen, the sound is still present but no logon menu, so i need to boot into safe mode and uninstall the driver. Im using a Lenovo G580 20150 with Windows Vista and 7 on it (i'm having issues with Vista). So can I get any help? It's not necessery, but I'd like to have the driver. Thanks for reading it by the way.

Sorry, but vista, and windows 7, and your graphics are no longer supported.

 

You can get the driver provided by Lenovo here:
