Intel HD Graphics 3000 -> can I use another driver?

My hardware says "Intel HD Graphics 3000" and the driver is old. My child cannot play Fortnite on the computer...

I have been told that the driver for "Intel HD Graphics 4000" can be used.

Anybody that can advice me if thats correct?

HD3000 graphics are not supported.  If you are running windows 10, all you can use is the microsoft generic driver, which LACKS features and performance.

It may be possible to upgrade your processor, which would then support HD4000, but you will be no better off.

The harsh reality is that you need to upgrade to a new(er) system.
