Intel HD Graphics 4000 and Windows 10 2004

Hi,

I have a DELL PC with a integrate graphic card Intel HD Graphics 4000. Since the Windows 10 ( 2004) update my screen flash black aleatory. I started to uninstall the last update of Windows and reinstalled Windows but without results. Next I have deactivated the Intel Graphic Card and the problem has disappeared so I have updated the drivers of Graphics Cards but it's same. I don't understand.

Configuration :

Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 

Windows 10 64bits 2004 (10.0.19041)

Graphics Cards : 

NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M

Intel HD Graphics 4000

Processor : Intel® Core™ i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz

I need to inform you that as this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.
