Intel® HD Graphics 500, ноутбук не выходит из сна

Ноутбук https://www.acer.com/ac/ru/RU/content/model/NX.GFTER.046 , ОС Windows 10 pro x64 1803 ( 17134.191 ) , после установки драйвера графики https://www.intel.ru/content/www/ru/ru/support/products/96553/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-7th-generation-intel-processors/intel-hd-graphics-500.html , ноутбук не может выйти из сна и гибернации , приходиться включать принудительно через кнопку включения , раньше такого не было .

In this case, please make sure that you updated to the latest OEM customized drivers (Version: 21.20.16.4475) released by your OEM, since our generic drivers did not cause a positive impact in your OEM system.

Добрый день , проблема в OS Windows 10 1803 со всеми драйверами , в OS Windows 10 1709 этого нет , ноутбук выходит из сна без проблем .

An addition troubleshooting step we can try is doing a clean installation of the graphics driver.

 

 

Please download the graphics driver that is on this link, but do not install it yet https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27894/a08/win64_24.20.100.6229.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27894/a08/win64_24.20.100.6229.zip

 

 

Once the graphics driver has been downloaded follow the next steps:

 

 

1. Disconnect the computer from the Internet

 

2. Right click on Start button, and then click on Device Manager

 

3. Double click on Display Adapters -> Intel(R) HD Graphics 500 -> Driver tab, and select Uninstall -> Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device

 

4. Restart the computer

 

5. Go back to Device Manager -> Display Adapters, and check if the operating system reinstalled a graphics driver. If Windows reinstalled another graphics driver go back to Step 3 until you get the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

 

6. Reinstall the graphics driver using the steps that are on this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html

 

7. Enable Internet connection.

Я же вам написал , любой графический драйвер , установленный в OS Windows 10 1803 не работает , ноутбук не выходит из сна !!!!

Ваш совет не подходит , если я переустановлю ОС на версию 1709 , то ноутбук выходит из сна на любой версии графического драйвера , новая ОС не дружит с вашими драйверами !!!

In this case, based on the behavior of your machine, the best option is to contact your OEM in order to check if their OEM drivers (that we shared from before) are validated for Windows* 10 1803, due to the fact that our generic drivers did not cause a positive impact in your machine.

 

If the rollback to the 1709 built fixes the issue, they can try to replicate the issue in their systems in order to discard any other event.

Я вынужден прекратить , компания Acer не отвечает на мой запрос , видимо моя проблема связана с жестким диском , потому как слышно как он отключается при выходе из режима сна , экран вообще не реагирует , установленная версия ОС и графического драйвера роли не играет .

День добрый , после установки драйвера Intel® HD Graphics 500 https://www.intel.ru/content/www/ru/ru/support/products/96553/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-7th-generation-intel-processors/intel-hd-graphics-500.html - после перезагрузки ПК , автоматически запускается установщик драйвера , почему так происходит с последними версиями драйверов :

Версия: 26.20.100.7870 , 26.20.100.7755 , 26.20.100.7584

После установки ПО

Версия: 27.20.100.8581 (Последняя версия) Дата: 29.07.2020  для Intel® HD Graphics 500  , после установки ПО и последующей перезагрузки я получил вот такое ( см. видео ) , плюс ко всему меню "Пуск" не работал .
Пришлось удалить и переустановить на Версия: 27.20.100.8476
