Anyone else having problems with using Wake from sleep on Bootcamp MBA in Windows 8.1 Pro?

The Device Manager doesn't show PDCAP_Wake_from_D3_Supported like other drivers....

I've update rolled back uninstalled and deleted drivers to try and get my PC to wake from sleep.... Not happening though
