Greetings Intel-friends : D
Unfortunately im having some Trouble on my Acer Aspire VN7-792G with
64-bit Windows 10 Home + Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor and Intel HD Graphics 530, Driver Version: 10.18.15.4279
According to http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005654.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005654.html this is a Driver for Windows 8.1.
That explains why the Driver crashes sometimes while simply browsing on Microsoft Edge.
So i'd like to uninstall / update the 8.1 Driver (whatever is neccesary) and get the proper Version for Windows 10.
But i really dont know how to do that so could you please help and give me some instructions??
Im pretty scared of trying to fix on my own and end up with a screwed brand new Notebook : /

I suggest to create at first a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/System_Restore System Restore Point
Or even better a system backup on a USB drive.
After that you can experiment with new drivers and roll back in case of trouble.

Good idea : D
But do you mean File backup or System Image?
Im using about 65gb right now.
So how much Memory does that approximately require?
Not if sure my Flash drives can save that much (nor they're NTFS formatted) : (

File backup is good enough for me, usually i'm even sloppy with that...
Important are the system restore points.
Windows 10 became very smart: after 3 boot failures it will launch the repair menu and you can load your last good system restore point.
