Intel HD Graphics 530

Hi there, 

I am using a desktop with the Intel HD Graphics 530 driver. While working on the computer, the screen can freeze up/turn off and on and then it goes back to normal. It might take a period of 2-5 seconds to complete the cycle.

This is only when 3D spikes to 100% as shown in task manager. Why does this happen and how can I prevent it?

Due to this product (Intel HD Graphics 530) being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.
