I purchased a new Lenovo Ideapad 100 with Windows 10 for work with the 5500 HD Graphics package pre-installed. I REQUIRE the Extended desktop to port my video out for work. I have identified the problem. The television I was using is an old Vizio TV. When I plugged into a new Element TV, the video works fine. Apparently, the age of the first TV was not supported. The HDMI video out works perfectly. Thanks for your responses.
Regards.

Hello:
Could you please let us know the driver version you are running? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
