Hi,
I'm trying to connect my laptop with Intel HD 620 to a 4K Samsung TV using HDMI.
My laptop is a Acer Swift 3.
Every since your last graphics update my TV only produces a black screen.
The computer sees the TV but when I try changing either HZ or resolution the whole computer freezes and I need to force it off.
What can be wrong?
Regards

Did a rollback to the old driver.
Worked.

Tingiling: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best to assist you with this scenario.
Perfect, thank you very much for letting us know those results, we are glad to hear the problem got fixed by doing a roll back on the driver. Just to let you know, for this type of situations we always recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the laptop, since that driver was customized to work specifically with your platform.
Any other inquiry, do not hesitate in contact us again.
Regards,
Alberto R
