Intel HD Graphics 620 - LG Gram 2019 - Unable to use dual monitor's max resolution

I have tried multiple cables DP and HDMI connected via a USB-C hub. The first monitor runs in full resolution whereas the second one is not giving me the option for max resolution.

Monitor 1 - Dell 27 4K monitor

Monitor 2 - HP z24n - Gen 1

USB-C hub - Lasuney 10 in 1 (Two HDMI, one DP)

Laptop - LG Gram 13Z990-R.AAS7U1

Please help. Thanks!

The USB-C port provides a single DisplayPort 1.2 channel. When you connect two monitors, they share the bandwidth of this channel. This will allow the one monitor to run 2160p@60Hz but the other can only accomplish 1080p@60Hz. See Frequency Limits section in https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/DisplayPort for more information.

The other port is running only at 1280x720@60Hz while it can support 1920x1200@60Hz

FYI, I'm doing DP daisy chaining from my dell monitor to HP.

This is my current setup:

Laptop display disconnected/disabled

LG Gram USB-C port (thunderbolt 3) -> Lasuney USB-C hub

Lasuney USB-C hub -> Dell P2715Q supporting 3840x2160@30Hz

Dell -> (DP 1.2 chaining) HP z24n only at 1280x720@60Hz

How do I get my second monitor HP z24n to support 1920x1200?

I am not sure what is going on in this Hub. There should be enough bandwidth to do this.

Do you have a USB-C-to-DP dongle? If so, try using it to connect the daisy-chain to the system. Other possibility is using HDMI output for first (or second) monitor.
