Intel HD Graphics Control Panel options covered/hidden and missing in white

Hello everyone,

After cleaning drive C by using system tools, my Intel HD Control Panel became like this:

I've tried to install the latest drivers but nothing change. I feel really confused right now. Please help me to solve the problem.

I'm using Dell Latitude E7440.
