Intel HD Graphics Driver for WIN 10 / Lenovo T410

Hello,

after I re-installed my Lenovo T410 Laptop with WIN10 spring 2018 release I am not able to configure the Intel HD graphics Card to work with the required 1440x900 Resolution. I was browsing through all the latest Intel Drivers but couldn't find the appropriate one for my Laptop. I remember, that I had a Driver which was properly working, but I can't find it anymore.

Can anybody help? I attached the System Information About graphic Card and currently used driver

Windows 10 is not supported on your processor and graphics. If you continue to use windows 10, you will be using the generic Microsoft driver.

In my opinion, it is time to dispose of this old laptop.
