Intel HD drivers 4000 installation issue

Whenever I try to install Intel HD 4000 drivers for my Win 8 pro x64 laptop It gives me version 10.18.10.4176 instead of 15.33.35.64.4176. What is going on here? I need a newer version for galciv3 because it is complaining about old graphics card drivers.

You have the latest graphics driver version installed. In this case you only need the last four digits to be the same.

Try getting the latest updates for the game.
