Intel HD graphics 4000 with Windows 11

I have updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and find that the extended monitors are not recognised by Windows 11 with the Intel HD graphics 4000 driver. Is there another driver or a work around that will solve this problem?

Your 3rd gen processor is not supported with Windows 11 by Intel or Microsoft. To the extent possible, Microsoft's compatibility driver will support the iGFX 4000 engine. Beyond that, any anomalies will have to be lived with.
Sorry,

I do have a docking station for the W530. Is it possible that here is a driver that could be used?

AFAIK, there is no driver other than MS' compatibility (a.k.a. Basic) display driver. I believe that the laptop is simply passing secondary DisplayPort channel(s) from the processor through to the dock. If the MS driver will support those DisplayPort channels, great. If not, I have no suggestions for workarounds. We'll, unless you want to consider a USB graphics adapter.

Thank you for your comments. Maybe I should look at the USB graphics adapter but I didn't think it plugged into a standard USB port.
