Bonjour,
- Modèle : Processeur Intel® Core™ i5-4200H (2,80 GHz)
- Capacité mémoire : 8 Go
- Modèle de carte graphique gamer : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
- Espace disque total : 1128 Go
- Version système d'exploitation : Windows 10 Famille 64 bits

Hello elvishspirit:
I was checking the processor specifications, and according to that information the graphics controller that the processor has is the Intel® HD Graphics 4600, so, on the following link you will be able to see the latest version of the graphics driver for that controller, please delete the driver that you currently have installed, and try to install this driver manually:

What is the model of the board?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?
Did it work fine before?
Do you have the option to use a different HDMI cable?
Please let me know the results of trying the driver above.
Any questions, please let me know.

Hello elvishspirit:
Thank you very much for that information and for the screen shoots provided above.
In order to better assist you we need to verify some details:
What is the model of the board?
What is the model of the motherboard?
If this is a laptop what is the model of the laptop?
I can see on the comments above that you are using a video card, and if that is the case, then the graphics drivers belong to the video card.
So, to get the drivers for the Nvidia, please download them form Nvidia's support site:

Bonjour,

Hello elvishspirit:
Thank you very much for that information.
Since you tried the driver 4463 and the Nvidia drivers and the problem still persists, then we can try to use the Inbox drivers, those are the ones that get installed when you install Windows® or when you do Windows updates.
Now, since this problem does not happen all the time, it could be related to a hardware problem, then the best thing to do will be to get in contact with ASUS directly, since they build the PC, they should be able to further assist you in maybe getting a specific driver to fix this problem or to provide technical or warranty support.
ASUS's phone number; 1-877-339-2787
