Hi Kabir96,

What is the operating system version?

I will also need information if your operating system is 32 bit or 64 bit.

Make sure you are using hdmi to hdmi cables because the usage of video adapters will prevent this feature from working correctly.

Thanks

Allan

Hello Allan , I uninstall the driver and installed it again from the zip . Still the HDMI was not working so I went to the intel hd graphic control panel and since my monitor has a VGA port and an HDMI port so I have a monitor and a digital monitor listed so I selected the digital monitor and lowered the resolution to 1024* 768 and the HDMI worked . So i used the setting and selected only digital monitor and removed the VGA and it's working now , when I reboot the computer the monitor displays nothing till the windows started , it didn't displays the bios menu and it was blank . I got HDMI to work but the resolution is too large so I have to still use VGA .

Please help me ,

Thank you soo much Allan .

Hi Kabir96,

At this stage, let's wait for new driver releases, I do not an estimate for new drivers but I hope this will be fixed on the next drivers. Or you can check with your motherboard maker for any customized drivers for your motherboard model.

Allan.

Okay , thanks for trying ,

What I don't understand is that ,first it was working fine and after the update it's not working . I did a bios update and reinstalled the entire operating system from the start and still it's not working . I taught formatting the hard drive would delete everything and it will be like my old system . When I bought the new processor and motherboard it was working and now it's not working , why ??

You probably need to load the drivers that came with the computer or motherboard off the installation DVD. Also update BIOS of the computer, this will interact with graphics VBIOS.

Please check for original video drivers and BIOS update from your motherboard maker.
